Coaching

Coaching is a process of guidance and support that facilitates personal and professional transformation. It’s not therapy, mentorship, or advice. It’s a conscious relationship in which the coach accompanies the coachee (the person being coached) to discover their own answers, resources, and possibilities.

Through powerful questions, active listening, and full presence, coaching invites you to observe yourself from a new perspective, challenge limiting patterns, and make decisions from a place of greater alignment with who you truly are.

In essence, coaching doesn’t tell you what to do — it brings you back to yourself, to your inner wisdom, so you can choose with more clarity, freedom, and coherence.

Would you like me to make this version more poetic and aligned with the RespiroFLOW style — something that feels like it breathes rather than just explains?

✨ Evolutionary Coaching in RespiroFLOW: The Power of the Conscious Question

In RespiroFLOW, coaching isn’t just another technique. It’s a bridge to the essential.

Here, coaching is a cutting-edge practice that blends powerful questioning with deep vibrational listening. It’s not about following methods or models—though we use them all, from ontological to transpersonal coaching—it’s about the art of asking questions that awaken, shake, and invite you to step out of autopilot.

🔹 What’s the best that could happen if you chose this?
🔹 And if you didn’t—what would you truly lose?
🔹 Which part of you is ready to breathe something new?

These questions aren’t innocent. They’re designed to touch your core, activate dormant zones of awareness, and lovingly guide you out of your comfort zone.

Within the framework of a conscious breathing session, coaching serves two key purposes:

Preparatory – to set the focus and connect with your highest intention.
Integrative – to process, make meaning, and anchor what emerged during the breathwork experience.

Every session is unique. Whether the goal is professional, personal, or spiritual reconnection, the questions shift—but the intention remains: to move you closer to your most aligned truth.

🌬️ Coaching in RespiroFLOW doesn’t seek quick answers. It seeks truth.
And truth often emerges only when you allow yourself to breathe deeper… and ask the questions you’ve never dared to ask.

Theta Healing® is a powerful yet gentle energy healing technique that addresses physical, emotional, relational, financial, and spiritual issues. Created by Vianna Stibal in 1995, this practice is based on accessing the theta state of brain waves – a deep relaxation level where the subconscious is more receptive to change. Although modern in its current form, Theta Healing has roots in ancient practices used by sages, yogis, and spiritual healers to perform miraculous healings and activate human potential.

The theta state not only facilitates healing but also awakens intuition and reconnects with abilities that humanity has lost over time. Through this practice, we align with universal knowledge and unlock our potential as divine beings. Theta Healing invites us to evolve to a higher level of consciousness, allowing our soul to reconnect with its true essence and the creative energy of the universe.

What makes Theta Healing special is its ability to work directly with the subconscious, where limiting beliefs, traumas, and patterns that shape our daily reality are stored. Often, without realizing it, these beliefs affect our health, relationships, and ability to manifest our desires. Theta Healing allows us to identify and release these blockages, replacing them with positive beliefs that drive personal growth and well-being.

In my healing and personal growth sessions, I integrate Theta Healing® as a vital tool in the process. Sometimes, during a conscious breathing session or energy work, the need arises to address deep-rooted beliefs or release stagnant emotions. This is when Theta Healing comes into play, enabling rapid and effective transformation on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This combination enhances the healing process and helps unlock paths that once seemed impassable.

Muscle Testing-Kinesiology- in ThetaHealing (Belief Systems)
IMuscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, is a simple yet powerful tool often used in ThetaHealing to communicate with the subconscious mind. The idea is that our bodies respond differently when we are in alignment with truth versus when we are holding onto limiting beliefs or falsehoods. By gently checking the strength of a muscle — whether through body sway or finger resistance — we can access information that the conscious mind might not reveal.

In ThetaHealing, muscle testing acts like a built-in “lie detector” for the soul. When a belief or statement resonates with your authentic truth, the body shows a strong response. When a belief is false, limiting, or no longer serving you, the body tends to weaken. This method provides a yes/no feedback system that allows practitioners and individuals to pinpoint subconscious programs, emotional blocks, or hidden stressors. It also serves as a way to confirm when new empowering beliefs have been successfully integrated through ThetaHealing techniques.

How to do muscle testing

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Relax your body, close your eyes, and take a few slow breaths. Set an intention such as: “I allow myself to receive clear and accurate answers.” It’s helpful to drink water before starting, as dehydration can affect results.

The Sway Test (Easy Beginner Method)

  • Say a true statement like: “My name is [your real name].”

  • Notice your body sways slightly forward = Yes/True.

  • Say a false statement like: “My name is Mickey Mouse.”

  • Your body will usually sway slightly backward = No/False.
    This establishes your baseline.

Finger Testing (Subtle and Private)

  • Form a circle with your thumb and index finger of one hand.

  • Insert the index finger of your other hand into the loop.

  • State a belief or question (e.g., “I deserve success”).

  • Gently try to pull the finger through the loop:

    • If the loop stays strong/closedYes.

    • If it opens easilyNo.

Now you can explore beliefs such as:

  • “I am safe.”

  • “I am worthy of love.”

  • “It’s possible for me to heal.”

When a belief tests weak (No), that signals it’s time to apply ThetaHealing to shift it. After reprogramming in the theta brainwave state, test again — if it shows strong (Yes), the new belief has been integrated.

Tip: Stay relaxed, neutral, and curious. Don’t force the result. Muscle testing is not about strength, but about allowing your body to show the truth held in your subconscious.

The Work by Byron Katie - A Gateway to Inner Peace and Mental Freedom

“The Work” is more than just a method — it’s a way of coming home to yourself.
Created by Byron Katie, this process of self-inquiry teaches you how to question the thoughts that cause suffering — the judgments, fears, and stories we keep replaying — until they gently dissolve.

It all begins with four simple yet deeply powerful questions:

  1. Is it true?

  2. Can you absolutely know that it’s true?

  3. How do you react when you believe that thought?

  4. Who would you be without that thought?

Then comes the turnaround — a mirror reflection that reveals new perspectives.
Often, what we believe about others or about life turns out to be a reflection of something within ourselves.

The result: a clearer mind, a lighter heart, and a freer breath.
When you question your thoughts, your body also relaxes, your energy flows, and life becomes kinder.

At RespiroFLOW, we integrate The Work as a practice of conscious breathing and self-observation, uniting mind and body in one act of liberation: inhale awareness, exhale illusion.

NeuroGraphy

Neurography as a Creative/Therapeutic Method – “Drawing to Rewire the Mind”

Here’s the most relevant version for you and your RespiroFLOW work:

In the fields of personal development, coaching, creativity, and emotional healing, Neurography (or Neurographic Art) is a powerful visual technique designed to:

🖋️ “Draw out what the subconscious is holding, release internal blocks, and create new neural connections through intuitive, mindful art.”

✨ Where does it come from?

Neurography was developed in 2014 by Pavel Piskarev, a Russian psychologist and architect.
He blended together:

  • Deep psychology

  • Neuroscience

  • Intuitive art

  • Coaching

  • Active meditation

His goal was to create an accessible tool to help people process emotions, break limiting beliefs, and access inner transformation without relying only on words or logic.

🌀 How does Neurographic Art work?

The process involves drawing intuitive lines and shapes while focusing on a specific problem, intention, or emotional state. It’s a guided, somatic-creative practice.

BASIC STEPS:

  1. Set an intention
Example: “Release stress”, “Balance my energy”, “Heal emotional fatigue”, etc.

  2. Draw intuitive lines
Free, curved lines across the page — messy, raw, emotional. This represents your internal landscape.

  3. Round off the intersections
Wherever lines cross, you gently round the corners, turning sharp angles into smooth curves.
This symbolizes resolving internal conflicts and softening emotional resistance.

  4. Add colors intentionally
You fill in areas with colors that feel intuitively right, or that correspond to chakra energies.

  5. Observe how you feel
As the drawing unfolds, many people experience relaxation, insights, or emotional release.

🧘 Why is it therapeutic?

  • It shifts you from the overactive mind to the present moment

  • It helps express what words cannot say

  • It stimulates neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to form new connections

  • It calms the nervous system

  • It connects the body, emotions, and creativity

  • It offers clarity, peace, and grounded awareness

💫 How does it connect with Breathwork and RespiroFLOW?

This is where the magic happens:

Both breathwork and neurography help to:

  • Regulate the autonomic nervous system

  • Activate the parasympathetic response (“rest and digest”)

  • Release stored emotional tension

  • Improve emotional awareness

  • Create a felt sense of safety in the body

Imagine a session where your students draw their breath, or visualize a chakra through neurographic lines, and then breathe into it. It becomes a multi-sensory healing experience.

🛠️ How can it be applied?

✅ One-on-one coaching
✅ Group breathwork sessions (online or in person)
✅ Creative therapy or somatic workshops
✅ Chakra exploration
✅ Inner child healing
✅ Nervous system regulation after trauma or burnout

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a practical self-help method that combines modern psychology with the ancient principles of acupressure. By gently tapping on specific meridian points with your fingertips while focusing on a thought, feeling, or belief, EFT helps release stress and restore emotional balance.

How it works
  1. Identify the issue (emotion, thought, memory, or even physical sensation).

  2. Set Up the intention by tapping the Karate Chop Point while saying a phrase such as:
“Even though I feel anxious, I deeply and completely accept myself.”

  3. Tap Through Points in sequence while holding the focus and repeating a short “reminder phrase.”

This works on two levels:

  • Physiological: Tapping lowers cortisol and calms the nervous system, sending a “safety signal” to the body.

  • Psychological: By pairing tapping with mindful statements, you can soften negative loops, reframe experiences, and build resilience.

The Classic EFT Tapping Points

Use 2–3 fingertips, tapping lightly 5–7 times on each spot:

  1. Karate Chop (KC): Side of the hand

  2. Eyebrow (EB): Inner edge of the eyebrow, near the nose

  3. Side of Eye (SE): Outer corner of the eye, on the bone

  4. Under Eye (UE): Below the eye, on the bone

  5. Under Nose (UN): Between the nose and upper lip

  6. Chin (CH): Crease between lower lip and chin

  7. Collarbone (CB): Just below the collarbone, slightly off to each side

  8. Under Arm (UA): About 4 inches below the armpit (bra strap level)

  9. Top of Head (TH): Crown, center of the head

Benefits
  • Reduces stress, anxiety, and overwhelm

  • Clears negative emotions and limiting beliefs

  • May ease physical tension linked to stress

  • Boosts confidence, focus, and resilience

  • Supports healing, growth, and overall wellbeing

Why it matters

EFT is emotional first aid you can do anytime, anywhere. Unlike talk-only methods, it works with both body and mind — giving you a holistic tool to reset your state and return to balance.

👉 Tagline idea:
“EFT: acupuncture without the needles — emotional first aid at your fingertips.”

🌿 What Is NLP Neurolinguistic Programming ?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a practical approach to understanding how we think, feel, and act. It was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who studied the mental and linguistic patterns of highly effective individuals. NLP is built on a powerful premise: if we understand how our brain encodes experience, we can reprogram those connections to achieve results that align with what we truly want.

💡 Reprogram Yourself to Evolve
Every thought, emotion, and behavior follows a structure. NLP teaches us to identify these internal patterns and transform them consciously. Through language, visualization, breathwork, and anchoring techniques, we can replace limiting patterns with new mental models that foster confidence, focus, and well-being.

🌬️ Applications in Everyday Life

NLP is widely used in coaching, leadership, communication, therapy, and personal development. It helps us improve the way we relate to ourselves and others, enhancing empathy, clarity, and conflict-resolution skills. Within the RespiroFLOW framework, NLP serves as a tool for self-awareness, complementing physical and respiratory work to achieve a deep, holistic transformation.

🌱 Your Mind as an Ally
It’s not about “changing who you are,” but about awakening your dormant potential. With NLP, you learn to communicate with your subconscious, direct your attention with intention, and build a mindset that lifts you up instead of holding you back. When you transform your inner dialogue, you transform your energy… and with it, your entire reality.
