Theta Healing® is a powerful yet gentle energy healing technique that addresses physical, emotional, relational, financial, and spiritual issues. Created by Vianna Stibal in 1995, this practice is based on accessing the theta state of brain waves – a deep relaxation level where the subconscious is more receptive to change. Although modern in its current form, Theta Healing has roots in ancient practices used by sages, yogis, and spiritual healers to perform miraculous healings and activate human potential.

The theta state not only facilitates healing but also awakens intuition and reconnects with abilities that humanity has lost over time. Through this practice, we align with universal knowledge and unlock our potential as divine beings. Theta Healing invites us to evolve to a higher level of consciousness, allowing our soul to reconnect with its true essence and the creative energy of the universe.

What makes Theta Healing special is its ability to work directly with the subconscious, where limiting beliefs, traumas, and patterns that shape our daily reality are stored. Often, without realizing it, these beliefs affect our health, relationships, and ability to manifest our desires. Theta Healing allows us to identify and release these blockages, replacing them with positive beliefs that drive personal growth and well-being.

In my healing and personal growth sessions, I integrate Theta Healing® as a vital tool in the process. Sometimes, during a conscious breathing session or energy work, the need arises to address deep-rooted beliefs or release stagnant emotions. This is when Theta Healing comes into play, enabling rapid and effective transformation on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This combination enhances the healing process and helps unlock paths that once seemed impassable.

Deep Energy Healing to Transform Your Life

Muscle Testing in ThetaHealing

Muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, is a simple yet powerful tool often used in ThetaHealing to communicate with the subconscious mind. The idea is that our bodies respond differently when we are in alignment with truth versus when we are holding onto limiting beliefs or falsehoods. By gently checking the strength of a muscle — whether through body sway or finger resistance — we can access information that the conscious mind might not reveal.

In ThetaHealing, muscle testing acts like a built-in “lie detector” for the soul. When a belief or statement resonates with your authentic truth, the body shows a strong response. When a belief is false, limiting, or no longer serving you, the body tends to weaken. This method provides a yes/no feedback system that allows practitioners and individuals to pinpoint subconscious programs, emotional blocks, or hidden stressors. It also serves as a way to confirm when new empowering beliefs have been successfully integrated through ThetaHealing techniques.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Prepare Yourself

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Relax your body, close your eyes, and take a few slow breaths. Set an intention such as: “I allow myself to receive clear and accurate answers.” It’s helpful to drink water before starting, as dehydration can affect results.

2. The Sway Test (Easy Beginner Method)

  • Say a true statement like: “My name is [your real name].”

  • Notice your body sways slightly forward = Yes/True.

  • Say a false statement like: “My name is Mickey Mouse.”

  • Your body will usually sway slightly backward = No/False.
    This establishes your baseline.

3. Finger Testing (Subtle and Private)

  • Form a circle with your thumb and index finger of one hand.

  • Insert the index finger of your other hand into the loop.

  • State a belief or question (e.g., “I deserve success”).

  • Gently try to pull the finger through the loop:

    • If the loop stays strong/closedYes.

    • If it opens easilyNo.

4. Using Muscle Testing with ThetaHealing

Now you can explore beliefs such as:

  • “I am safe.”

  • “I am worthy of love.”

  • “It’s possible for me to heal.”

When a belief tests weak (No), that signals it’s time to apply ThetaHealing to shift it. After reprogramming in the theta brainwave state, test again — if it shows strong (Yes), the new belief has been integrated.

Tip: Stay relaxed, neutral, and curious. Don’t force the result. Muscle testing is not about strength, but about allowing your body to show the truth held in your subconscious.

“Aunque me siento ansioso, me acepto profunda y completamente.”

  • Libera emociones negativas y creencias limitantes

What it is

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a practical self-help method that combines modern psychology with the ancient principles of acupressure. By gently tapping on specific meridian points with your fingertips while focusing on a thought, feeling, or belief, EFT helps release stress and restore emotional balance.

How it works

  1. Identify the issue (emotion, thought, memory, or even physical sensation).

  2. Set Up the intention by tapping the Karate Chop Point while saying a phrase such as:
“Even though I feel anxious, I deeply and completely accept myself.”

  3. Tap Through Points in sequence while holding the focus and repeating a short “reminder phrase.”

This works on two levels:

  • Physiological: Tapping lowers cortisol and calms the nervous system, sending a “safety signal” to the body.

  • Psychological: By pairing tapping with mindful statements, you can soften negative loops, reframe experiences, and build resilience.

The Classic EFT Tapping Points

Use 2–3 fingertips, tapping lightly 5–7 times on each spot:

  1. Karate Chop (KC): Side of the hand

  2. Eyebrow (EB): Inner edge of the eyebrow, near the nose

  3. Side of Eye (SE): Outer corner of the eye, on the bone

  4. Under Eye (UE): Below the eye, on the bone

  5. Under Nose (UN): Between the nose and upper lip

  6. Chin (CH): Crease between lower lip and chin

  7. Collarbone (CB): Just below the collarbone, slightly off to each side

  8. Under Arm (UA): About 4 inches below the armpit (bra strap level)

  9. Top of Head (TH): Crown, center of the head

Benefits

  • Reduces stress, anxiety, and overwhelm

  • Clears negative emotions and limiting beliefs

  • May ease physical tension linked to stress

  • Boosts confidence, focus, and resilience

  • Supports healing, growth, and overall wellbeing

Why it matters

EFT is emotional first aid you can do anytime, anywhere. Unlike talk-only methods, it works with both body and mind — giving you a holistic tool to reset your state and return to balance.
