Quien Soy
Mi Nombre Pavle Luger, soy un facilitador evolutivo, especializado en respiración consciente, sanacion energetica, liberación emocional y transformación interior profunda, políglota… y eterno buscador. Durante más de 30 años he recorrido el mundo y las profundidades del alma humana, combinando aventuras, caos, aprendizajes y una buena dosis de humor.
Nací con TDAH y TOC, lo que convirtió mi vida en un torbellino de creatividad, decisiones impulsivas y momentos inolvidables. Durante años viví como un trotamundos desenfrenado —con apodos como “el hombre sin cerebro ni hígado”— hasta que mi cuerpo colapsó con un diagnóstico de fatiga crónica. Fue mi punto de quiebre… y el inicio de una transformación radical.
En 2015 cuando descubri el poder de la respiración consciente, recuperé mi energía, mi propósito y mi capacidad de servir. Así nació RespiroFLOW, un método práctico y moderno de Breathwork para personas que, como yo, quieren reconectar, sanar y vivir con intención.
